A pastor was publicly humiliated after he was allegedly caught with the wife of one of his members in Benin, Edo state. In a video going viral online, Pastor Innocent of Army Power Ministry in Benin, Edo state, is seen confessing to sleeping with the wife of a church member. The pastor and the woman were caught in the act by the woman’s son who then raised alarm, attracting members of the community. After Don dropped  “I’m Not Joyner”  on Saturday (January 26) and declared his newfound rival  was scared to respond on Monday afternoon (January 28), Tory has released a new diss track titled “Don Queen.” “I did this shit for no reason, I’m letting rookies battle/How did I get into this battle with A Boogie’s shadow?/Big Apple, New York City, more to pity/How can I beef with a dude only popping in four cities?” Tory raps over Drake’s “Duppy Freestyle” instrumental. Throughout the song, the outspoken rapper/singer mocks Don for being in the shadow of his longtime collaborator and labelmate  A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie . Tory Lanez  recently declared himself  “the best rapper alive right now.”  Since then, a target’s been on his back. Don Q took aim at the outspoken rapper/singer with a diss track titled  “I’m Not Joyner.”  Now,  J.R. Writer  has thrown his hat into the ring with his own diss called “Head Shot.” Writer’s single evokes the imagery of Eminem’s Machine Gun Kelly diss  “Killshot,”  even utilizing the same style of artwork. Last week, Don Q unleashed a diss record, aimed at Troy Lanez's head, but the Tronto-bred rapper and singer apparently wasn't feeling it when he took to Instagram to document his reaction to Q's "I'm Not Joyner" track. "That's what you came with, n-gga? Fuck outta here," Tory yelled into his phone camera in a video posted to Instagram Story Don Q would soon return with a rebuttal, taking to his own Instagram Story to write, "just rap, boy." Don Q's original track arrived as a response to Tory Lanez viral Twitter rant in which he asserted that he was the "best rapper alive." "IM THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE RIGHT NOW ...... I WILL BODY ANY OF YALL N*GGAS OUT! PERIOD," he wrote. "And for anybody denying what I’m saying ... that’s cool..  just remember your favorite rapper wouldn’t step up the last time. BECAUSE N*GGAS IS AFRAID OF THIS WORK."

The Federal High Court in Lagos has sentenced a former Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC ) Administrative Secretary in Kwara State, Christian Nwosu and a former INEC official Mr. Tijani Bashir, to seven years imprisonment. Both men were sentenced for allegedly accepting N264m bribe offered by former petroleum minister Diezani Alison-Madueke, to compromise the 2015 elections.   The Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday convicted both men after finding them guilty.

Operatives of the Nigerian Customs Service in Niger State has impounded a trailer carrying tramadol and other substances suspected to be illicit drugs worth about forty-four million naira (N44,000,000). The trailer carrying the items was intercepted by the service’ special strike force along minna-suleja-minna road. Mr Kirawa called on members of the public to cooperate with the Nigerian customs service and to be vigilant to report any smuggling activities around them. The Customs Service strike force coordinator also took members of the press around the warehouse of the showcase other items seized by the team, which include seven hundred and thirty-three bags of foreign rice, eighteen bales of used clothing, vehicles and used tires illegally being smuggled into the country through various routes.
