Spain's National Court on Monday, September 30, announced it had dismissed a complaint against  Barcelona 's  Lionel Messi  filed by a former employee of the Argentine footballer's foundation, who had accused him of fraud, embezzlement and money laundering. Dismissing the case, the judge wrote that the complaint "was based on an account put together from stories in the press, without bringing even a single element that was personally and directly known" by the plaintiff. The complaint was filed in June by  Federico Rettori , an Argentine national living in Majorca who formerly worked for Messi's charity. A recently-freed jailbird allegedly committed another crime in Chon Buri’s Sattahip district just two hours after his release on Thursday in order to be sent back to his “home” where food, accommodation and comrades await him. Police said Khanchit Sutthipichai, 39, who was allegedly caught trying to steal a motorcycle and sidecar and thus was charged for theft, told the Na Chom Tien Police officers that he had been released two hours earlier from the Nong Pla Lai Prison after serving a six-month imprisonment for possessing drugs. "I have no idea what to do after the release. I have no money at all, I don't have any food to eat and I miss my friends in prison,” he reportedly said. “So I stole the motorcycle so I can be arrested and sent back to jail." On Wednesday, September 25,  at 10:00 am, 32-year-old Ugwuanyi Kingsley Ugonna went to the Investigation and Procedure Office at the Immigration Department in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, asking for help to send him back to Nigeria. The Nigerian man travelled to Cambodia as a tourist on September 29, 2015, through Phnom Penh International Airport. He worked as an English teacher and stayed in a rented house in Chom Chao area. His visa expired on June 17, 2017, and since then, he wasn't able to raise enough money to renew his visa, so he decided to go to the Cambodian immigration authorities to ask them to send him home. Ugonna was therefore sent to the Immigration Department to follow the legal procedure.
