Wizkid announces new music is on the way with Drake.
Drake had the most-streamed song of Summer '16 with a little assistance from Wizkid ("Once Dance"), so it's been known that the two have chemistry in the studio. The Nigerian rapper hopped on twitter to tease that there's more where that came from, and throw some shade at The Weeknd (?) at the same damn time.
Wizkid let his big "Shabba" record do its thing through out the summer, although we haven't heard much music since then. Fans are getting anxious, and thus Wiz tweeted late last night, "6god x Real Starboy about to school everybody!!"
The Weeknd recently announced his
new album is titled Starboy , although to be fair, Wizkid had the name first, founding his own imprint Starboy Entertainment. Still, is this shade or just an assertion that he's BEEN Starboy (in that case, is it not still shade either way?
