The 'Simple and Short" Crooner made the Statement on Social Media.

"If you don't know your worth... You will keep jumping from one free show to the other till your hairline goes extinct.
Outside the shores of Nigeria, regardless of your genre of music, millions of underground and unknown artistes/bands get paid from local shows around their community. You must not be Davido or Wizkid before you start making money from your craft.
You don't need to be known all around Nigeria before you start making money from music.
Run away from What ever steals your dignity (Free shows) especially if the event organizers are using you to make money for themselves.
It's left for you to do whatever you feel like but for me, I've decided from now henceforth if I feel like, I'll add heavy monetary value + after taxes to whatever I put out regardless of how small or little my audience is.

If I put out a song and only 5 people buy and download.... Its better than having thousands of downloads and no single dime in my pocket.
I'll rather stay 6months before climbing a stage where I will be appreciated than jump on stage every weekend till old age catches up with me.
