He began his career at Glee hotel, V.I Lagos, where he quickly gained a reputation for his delicious recipes and innovative cooking style. His success at Glee hotel led to an opportunity to work at QBC lagos & Ikoyi branch , where he continued to develop his skills and create new dishes that were loved by customers. Later, he pushed on to become a private chef for celebrities and wealthy Nigerian families.
Simeon's talent and dedication to his craft did not go unnoticed, and he soon became one of the most sought-after chefs in Nigeria. He was featured in three different magazines as the most sought-after chef and was invited to appear on live television cooking showcases such as African Independent Television (AIT), and National Television Authority Nigeria (NTA).
Simeon's unique approach to cooking and his ability to create delicious meals with simple ingredients have earned him a loyal following of fans and admirers. His love for cooking has taken him so far that he has learned new techniques and picked up new flavors that have helped him refine his craft.
